concerttips:

Hey guys! I did this contest to win tickets to see One Direction, lol, and it’d mean a lot to me if you could vote! The contest ends tonight, so if you vote today or tomorrow that’d be great. If you vote + reblog this, i’ll promote you. I’ll post this again tomorrow, and the same thing applies. So, if you vote both days, i’ll promote you twice! Click HERE to vote! Thanks!

OMG, GUYS OKAY. SO I NEVER DO THIS BUT THIS IS AN EXCEPTION OK.

So, my dad did the 1D contest and this is the link for it. CLICK All you have to do is vote 10 and put your email in. Simple as that.

Here’s the deal. If you follow me than please please vote. If you tell me that you voted than I will promote you. If I don’t currently follow you, and you want me to (or just want to help out) and you vote + reblog this, than I will follow you and prmote you.

ANON #1: Hey! :) Okay, I really don’t think you have to worry about people picking you up and making you go into a mosh pit or making your crowd surf. You might accidentally get pushed into a mosh pit, but most likely no one is just going to pick you up and throw you somewhere. And there’s always security there to help if you do need it. Try linking arms with your friend Ryan, or somehow try to stay connected. It’ll be rough, but it’s possible! Don’t worry! Have fun! :)

ANON #2: I’m not familiar with the arena, but all venues are different. Most of the ones that I go to usually don’t allow you to bring in water bottles. I would check the venue’s website and see what they say. If not, bring one anyway and the worse they can do is make you throw it out! And I would just follow our tips. You’re going to be pushed around but just try to tolerate it, and have fun! :)

ANON #3: Oh that sounds like a fun concert! If you’re going with a friend try to stick by them, I’ve seen plenty of tiny people in crowds. You just gotta stand your ground. If it gets too much for you, just leave!

ANON #4: I would leave early, I’ve done this tons of times and I find that it’s always worth it. If it’s not a problem to leave early, then go for it! :)

Anonymous asked: I feel like such a beginner asking, but I've already been to quite a few shows... Getting up front, I always feel bad trying to push past people. People do the same to me, and I wonder.. SHOULD I feel bad? Or just get the hell up there? Mostly just for my absolute favorites; I'm okay with being a couple rows back for the others. XD

Well, it’s just polite to stay where you are, but that never really happens. If you’re just standing there though, and no one is playing, then pushing will only piss people off. Try waiting until the music is playing, everyone is jumping and people will get pushed up close or further back anyways. As far as feeling bad, it just depends on how you go about it. Hope that helped!

weatetheincr0wd asked: I love this blog. but it's also made me realise how much of a concert douche i am! i fangirled so much about VersaEmerge when they played SlamDunk festival in england, i think people began to hate me, however, i also wanted to proclaim the love i had for the band and screamed every word of every song. im an awkward concert goer, so this helps an awful lot! :D

haha, we love to hear that! Thanks! (:

sighsorivel asked: Are you guys selling the shirts yet? i'm interested in buying one.. (answer private please,i don't wanna loose my question) :p

Not yet, we’ve just got our blog up and running again. Shirts will be coming soon though!

Anonymous asked: I'm going to see A Day to Remember tomorrow and I have no idea what to wear.
Would it be wrong to wear leggings and an Amity Affliction shirt?
I haven't got another band shirt and I'm clueless as to what to wear.

That sounds perfect. Wear what you’d like (:

Anonymous asked: you need to post more..a lot more. you havent posted since may 5th

We know! Sorry ):

strohschein-deactivated20120318 asked: I was wondering, I'm going to see My Chemical Romance at some point in time, and if I can manage to get towards the front, against the barriers, do you think they'd actually notice me? I don't mean because I'm a fan, I mean because I'm five feet tall. Would they notice a girl my size fighting against a crowd? I was just wondering, because I went and saw another concert a while ago, and they payed no mind, but then again, they were nothing like MCR, they didn't care for their fans really.

I love your blog, and thank you!

Haha first, thank you! And second, I think that they would! Most bands will reach out to their fans, and if you’re right there than you’ll be the first ones they look at! So, i’d say go for it and have fun! (:
